Good Morning,
Have you played the Musical Chair game when you were young or during D&D events? It is a well loved game whereby music will be played and when the music stops, the person without a seat or holding the ’GIFT’ will be out of the game. So the key is, not to be the one holding the ‘GIFT’ when the music stops!
Yesterday, we received a barrage of emails asking us, why are we so bearish in the market when the Experts are mostly bullish in the market.
Over the last 3 days ago before yesterday, I been calling my broker friends and all of them shared with 2 important message which confirmed my deductions.
(1) Retails are asking for more trading limits to buy the penny counters and the qqty kept increasing. Meaning, initially, the retail traders will buy 10-20lots then profited… then increased to 20-40lots and again profited… then 50-80lots… again profited… now trading at 100-200lots (need more limit).. and not really profiting… so holding and hoping and got upset with the Dow turn in green but yet their stock doesn’t go up… so now in HOPE mode… familiar?
<<SIGNAL Number ONE>>
(2) In V3Go Mentoring Program, I always say that while we trades in Singapore, traders in US, Europe or even Hong Kong, are inter-connected/related thus if a market/sector is selling, it will have impact eventually. I always believe the biggest market will always move first then follow by the rest and this pattern has been fairly consistent. Nothing is 100% but if the signs are there, one have to take notice. I noticed the irregularities movement of the Majors and G7 crosses. Then I look at the regional Asian and European indices with our V3Go Indicators, I know a correctional movement is near.
Then I go deeper, into the Banks and Property counters of Singapore, US and Hong Kong markets to verify the price activity of the top counters (Blue Chips). I saw a V3Go PATTERN. I cross check with the 2nd and 3rd liners of the local Singapore shares, I saw the same V3Go PATTERN. Last, I double check with Professional traders, my own graduates and friends who are deeply involed in the market. I saw the same V3Go PATTERN. I confirmed the quote – No PUMP; HOW to DUMP?
<<SIGNAL Number TWO>>
Honestly, it was hours and hours of analyetical work, tot processng, calculation and risk evaluating.. before I came out the caption of ” The Party may end today” yesterday.
Its not just the common method of just using the RSI, Bollinger Bands, Moving Average, Consumer Price Channel etc… to forecast. They are useful to a certain extent but to see the bigger picture, one need to do more things so when someone say that you can analysis the entire market within minutes… i have my doubts. Maybe I am not good enough to do that. I prefer the conventional way.
Using our very unique V3Go TSC (The Secret Channels), the Lower Band on the STI chart is 2924 and today’s OP is right smack at 2924 thus anything below this figure will equate a potential DOWNSIDE for the market. Inversely true if the market can maintain above it.
I suspect that since the STI have created a BHP, the market may create SHP (Jagons in V3Go teachings) today to confirm the next wave. If that happen, most likely, we are going to see a big directional move from next week onwards. Crude Oil should fall near to US$80/barrel.. now trading at US$82.50 while Dollaryen to fall below 92.00 (now trading at 93.33)
In summation, I am not keen to long any stocks whenever I see the SIMSCI and STI are below OP. If you wish to find out WHY I say that, then register for this coming 12th of Jan preview. We are already 50% full for this event. I will be showing you ‘real-life’ examples of traders done and how one can profit from it to combat the recent price appreciation despite the so-called worst financial crisis in 20years.
Register with us at sales@cronwell.com.sg now to reserve a seat. Bring more friends along with you so that you can cross check with another on whatever I say. This is a FREE Event. Bring along some writing material if you need to take down notes. No refreshment will be provided over the 2hours session.
Remember: No PUMP ; How to DUMP? Don’t be the last one holding the ‘GIFT’ as there is no free lunch in the stock market world… passing to you the ‘GIFT’ may not be a friend…
The market should start its movement from 11.25am (Singapore time).. 45mins to go…
Cheers!
