S&P 500 Futures Might Be Resisted at 1271 Level For TodayPosted by admin in Charting Video in Youtube, Futures Pick, Interesting Videos, Market AnalysisGood Afternoon Readers, At V3Go Academy, we are looking at the S&P to test new 1450 by end of 2012 but before that, lets focus on our forecast for today. We are looking at some resistance at 1271 for today and support at 1230 area.
On last Friday, the Dow Jones and other markets rallied…. but take note, although the Dow rose more than 250pts overnight, but the traded volume was thin (30% lower than usual) due to the Bond market being closed that day. Thus this may not truly reflect the strength of the upside. Therefore, after monitoring the market for the entire morning, we are still unconvinced by the movement from regional Asia markets that they doesn’t show much intend of buying after gapping up. In matter of fact, their traded volume is about 10-20% thinner than usual by this time, except for China. The intraday V3Go ROC ( Rate of Change) of many counters are getting smaller… this is not a good sign. Therefore, I suggest to my friends and graduates to take advantage of the upside today and take profit on their long and wait it out again… On Wednesday, 16th of November, 7pm-9pm, I will be sharing on why S&P can hit 1450 by end of 2012 and why 1230 is a good level to buy or short the S&P.
