When things get messy, the mass goes crazy and that’s the time for the rest to go into a frenzy….

In total now, the team bought in 2.3mil worth of shares over the last 4 trading days. The counters that they accumulated are  Genting at 1.505, Noble at 1.115, Stx OSV at 1.135, Swiber at 50, City Dev at 8.95, Sakari at 1.81 and DBS at 11.40. 

They also bought SIMSCI, HK at S&P at 308, 17900 and S&P at 1203 and 1206.

They say… they are going to implement more rules to curb retail from trading…

Saying that the market is too volatile and uncertain… so curb trading limit…

OMG!!

No wonder Retail cannot win the Big Boys

At good time, instigate Retail to buy while the Big Boys Sell

At bad time, stop Retail to buy while the Big Boys Buy

Then after the Big Boy bought enough… will motivate the shares up!

Then Retail who cannot buy… will see it going up each day….

Then Brokering house sees all OKAY… then let the Retail come in to buy

Retail sees Common Indicators… all good..
(OF COURSE, Price Action makes these works!)

Then the entire circle will repeats… all over again….

A cycle that been like this since 18th Century!!

Good Morning Readers,

Our V3Go Graduate Team have increased their long holding to 90% now as the numbers are showing that we are going to see a STRONG Rebound very soon… 

Reason? Because the Short Sellers are in full force now!!! 

During my sharing session with the V3Go Graduate Team, I shared that:

(1) Shanghai Market is poised to REBOUND very soon and it could lead the rest of the market higher.

(2) US Crude is to find support at US$95 and set to test back to above US$106 despite the OPEC’s Supply Report.

If my calculation is right, the regional stock markets should see a bottom out within this 2 days and I am looking at the S&P to test 1289 by end of Dec 2011 despite the fall of last night. S&P closed at 1206; therefore meaning that I am looking at a POWERFUL CHRISTMAS Rally and this selloff is MAN-MADE movement to shake out the WEAKER Hands.

1209 is the 50% mark based on the recent cycle.

The maximum downside risk for the S&P is around 1180 and it should see no further downside from there.

I expect the US Economical Data tomorrow,will be a positive one for the market.

STI and regional stock markets rallied from the 11am mark that I mentioned earlier…

If my calculation is correct… NIKKEI should be trading higher from 1pm onwards… Now at 12.20pm.

PSL is our pick of the day as we are looking at it to touch 38/39 by this week… Now at 36

EU Meeting ended and the good news is that there aren’t bad news from it.  Therefore market may focus back on the recent positive US Economical data for buying.

We are looking at the S&P to trade above 1250 today…  A firm closing above 1260 today should push the market towards the year end target of 1300.

HK should be trading firm around 1800s level. A closing above 19,000 should signal an upward march towards 19,500 by end of the year.
NIKKEI likely to follow suite and test 8850 level. Now @ 8645
SIMSCI holding firm above OP (307.40) but on rather low trading volume.

Suspect we will need a few more swings before a closing above 311 this week to confirm  the recovery back to 318 level. The recent downside was due to the Property cooling measurement – imposing of Stamp Duty.

STI need to recover back to 2780… currently trading at 2719

Stocks in mind:

1. Sakari
2. STX OSV
3. Golden Agri

Looking at the US Crude to test US$102 this week… currently at 99.15

Dear all,

I believe this selling is going to make many worried…

but this is circle of trading…

When it was low 2 weeks ago.. no one dare to buy

1 week later, the market rise… people hesistate to buy

last week, market continued to rise… people began to buy @ the highs!

now because of disappointment from ECB President overnight…

the etire market goes into a selling spree and people are back to worry condition…

and cutting losses … or turning SHORT!

but if you are to look at this paragraph AGAIN… from the top...

you will actually know what to do… for today…

Many shares are trading much higher than the last CYCLE drop…

these are the shares that you should be taking note…

We going around picking the low hanging fruits… are you?

WHY???

Market Pattern Will Never change
now… you can see by Monday… coz many retails are shorting today…..
the sell volume (market depth) will be very light…
and the entire cycle will repeat on its own
Just recall Noble when it drop from 1.20 to 1.065
and back to 1.15…

last few days, we mentioned it is time to book profit.. people questioned … why
are we selling when we are BULLISH… and we replied… because all running Bulls
need to rest first right?

just rem what i say…
and you will be asking me this question 2 weeks from now…

“Kel, is this the Santa Rally?”
“Kel, can buy now?”

If our calculations and reading of the chart are right, the STI must test the 2749 level and HK must also dip below 19024 level first….

IF the market can rebound above these levels and trade to 2756 and 19103 later… then we are pretty confident that we might see a bigger upside movement until next Monday.

Should the above doesn’t happen, traders are advised to WAIT for further direction.
