2996 will be the first resistance for the STI today and our Stock/Market Outlook for this week.

Using our V3Go System, the Outlook for the STI today is all about 2996 mark. Most likely the STI should re-test the 3,000 psychological mark again as the Dow climbed to new many months high, with a stronger greenback.
But that doesn’t mean that one should just jump into the market without considering the fact that one will not lose. Everything in trading is about RISK vs Reward and Money Management.
Over the last week, we were pretty bearish on the overall stock market but we did pick some stocks to watch out for Long too.
We were STOPPED OUT on our SIMSCI, Taiwan Futures shorts but made back on our Pound and Crude Oil shorts.
We went into SHORTS on CPO stocks and were rewarded over the week and still holding partial.
We went in LONG in Ezra and were rewarded on the day itself and still holding.
Today, we are looking at GENTING to go SMALL Long on it above 86cents.
( Remember we mentioned that Genting will have to hit 85cents first last week? )
Today, we have given the signal to cover all our remaining CPO stocks shorts and wait for the next signal especially when the Crude shows signal that it cannot cross US$86.
Today, we are also looking at the Local Banks shares to seek opportunity to go SHORT on them.
With that, we end our morning market outlook of today’s markets.
