In all honesty, I didn’t expect such an incredible reaction from the public as more than 70% of the registered people are new friends whom have never attended my preview before. This truely shows that many people are really getting interested in learning more about Futures trading which I strongly believe, is truely very important to know especially in time like this.
One can go LONG. One can go SHORT on the same account. No daily roll-over interest to pay. Low capital on high leverage financial products and most important, one can do intraday trading without FEARING overnight global risk or fundamental news like suspension, stock split, Rights Issue or company CEO or CFO disappearing or asked for a coffee at CAD office.
Recently, during one of our V3Go Futures Trade ‘Live’ Session at International Plaza, fellow graduate, Mr. Andy Lim, made S$3000 trading intraday on the HK Futures, Crude Oil, Yen Futures, Taiwan Futures and SIMSCI. You can see that he didn’t win in all the markets. He did suffered a fair share of losses BUT he made more than he lose as he is trained to keep the losses reasonable and allow profits to run. That’s how we train our V3Go Grads. Real Life Trading Statement.

Tomorrow at 6.30opm, at SMU, Kelvin will be sharing his markets outlook on the Dow and STI using his personal FIBO-LINES. He is very concern for the Dow Chart as he believe that if the Dow cannot cross 10,300 soon enough, the market may really go into a BEAR market for the next 2-3months. The Dow closed 10,136 on last Friday.
Seats are running out really fast, therefore quickly email for a seat now at Sales@Genesismgt.com.sg now
Please Kindly provide your name and contact number.
STI most likely will open higher despite Friday’s Dow negative closing because the Singapore market missed the Dow’s 284 points rally on Thursday night. Currently, the Dow Futures is up 40pts therefore, mathematically, the combined numeric should lead the STI to test 2760. It closed at 2739 on Thursday.
I am looking at initial profit taking to be done on the CPO stocks first but I don’t foresee any big selling as the current futures markets seem pointing towards buying intention at the moment.
HK Future is having some resistance at around 19810-19820 level (our V3Go TAOS Range) thus unless the Index can go past and close above this range. If not, the Index may be expected to trade sideway for today.
For those people who are still in Genting, S$1.08 is my mid term target while the support is t 92cents. Kindly take note.
More updates will be shared as the day progress.
Disclaimer applied.

As promised, here is the second part of the true life story of the Pork Belly trade… but before that, let me share with you a recent trade that we made some good money on the NIKKEI Futures.
* * *
Being a Leo and always want to be a winner in everything in life, losing 60% of my small capital within 30mins in my first maiden trade was something I cannot accept. And with Mr.Lim turning from me and joking about it with his other friends… it was pure salt rubbing onto a bleeding wound of mine. It was unbearable…
I couldn’t hold back my tears and anguish, went to the male toilet and let go the frustration by yelling on top of my voice… after a few round of shouts.. I returned back to the office and we can see almost everyone was just sitting around since the Pork Belly counter closed at Day Low, locked Limit Down and not moving.
I search for Mr. Lim among the smoking crowd which literally made the entire office looked like a house on fire (then in 1999, smoking in the office is still okay).
” Mr. Lim, what can we do now?” … I asked him, with a clear look of disappointment towards the trade.
” I told you right ya… market is like that, it goes UP and Down so if you are wrong, you get stopped out. If you right, you make. That’s all. We cannot always win but we also cannot always lose right? No worries, either you can sit around and hear our war stories or make your way back home now since you are still young and its getting late.. come back tomorrow and win it back from the market… I will help you.. “ he clucked and return to talk ‘cock’ with his friends who show me no sign of sympathy for my losses.
Deep inside me, so young and have lost more than 50% of my SAVINGS, I was dying for attention and console but I received nothing.
Alone, I took the lift down, returned home and keeping this trade in my heart.
The next day, I returned to the trading office and expect only one thing in mind; is to recover my losses. I was quite early and begin to read the US Commodities market reports that was printed for clients. It seem that the market sold down because of an upsurge of the supply… I tot the reports were saying there was an increase of demand for pigs the previous day… sigh… ;-(
(FIRST LESSON FOR ME: Never read too much into what you see in news as they are made to explain why things/events happened. They don’t forecast.)
Mr. Lim walked behind me as I engrossed into the reports..
“Kelvin, from the chart, the news and the feel, what does the market tells you?” he asked with a cheeky smile.
“Based on textbooks, the chance of going down is going to be high right?” I replied.
“YES! Of course and I am going to SHORT too!” Mr. Lim exclaimed with a high pitch with confidence.
(At this junction, I wanted to ask him whether he bought Pork Belly Futures yesterday when he advised me to buy… I just feel a little ‘cheated’ if I bought and he didn’t buy BUT we are too near stranger to ask and I’m afraid to get the answer that I don’t wish to hear.)
US Pork Belly Opened and the market begin to sell and I quickly look over Mr.Lim for guidance and he just show me the ‘ THUMB-UP’ sign. So I quickly hit the market with a market order to sell 1 contract of the Pork Belly future. SHORTED 1 contract.
For the first 10mins, things seem too perfect, the Pork Belly is down 50points from the Opening price and I am in profit of 30points… I moved to Mr.Lim for more advice (but this time, I am more positive since I am in profit).
” Kelvin, since you are in profit and lost so much money yesterday, hold the position and enjoy the selling since everything points towards sell. ” he answered.
” Mr. Lim, sorry to ask, did you sell too?” I asked with enthusiasm.
He just smile at me and signalled to me that he is going to get himself some coffee from the pantry.
The market goes down lower, down by 65points now.
Down 75points..
Down 80points…
Down 80points..
Down 85points..

(When I was begining to count my winnings… and things begin to change)

Down 70points..
Down 65points
Down 60points
Down 50points
(I thought the market is supposed to go down alot?)

My heart is racing like mad!! Should I cover? Where is Mr.Lim when you need him most!!!
Down 10points
Positive 10points
Positive 40points

(Am I seeing the wrong market or dreaming?)

(Holy Cow!! My capital is burning up as fast the market is running UP!)
Positive 225points!
Positive 255points!!!
(WHERE THE HELL is MR.LIM when you need him most now!!!??)
LOCKED LIMIT UP!!!
I slumped on the chair and I could feel the cold sweat trickling down my face and on my hands.. I know I’m in deep shit… not only I lost again, consecutively, I have most likely hit OVER-LOST position instead and I lost every single saving of mine! My Mum is going to slaughter me for sure…. and this Mr. Lim emerged into the scene… and said….
We have just adviced our graduates to lock in their Long positions profit on the Hang Seng Futures and Crude Oil market.
For the HK Future position, we locked in S$1000profit per contract (600points -mini contract)
For the Crude Oil Future positions, we locked in S$700profit per contract (US$2.50dollars profit -mini contract)
That’s a cool S$1700 profit, using a capital of only S$15,000.

On Vesākha day, devout Buddhists and followers alike are expected and requested to assemble in their various temples before dawn for the ceremonial, and honorable, hoisting of the Buddhist flag and the singing of hymns in praise of the holy triple gem: The Buddha, The Dharma (his teachings), and The Sangha (his disciples). Devotees may bring simple offerings of flowers, candles and joss-sticks to lay at the feet of their teacher. These symbolic offerings are to remind followers that just as the beautiful flowers would wither away after a short while and the candles and joss-sticks would soon burn out, so too is life subject to decay and destruction. Devotees are enjoined to make a special effort to refrain from killing of any kind. They are encouraged to partake of vegetarian food for the day. In some countries, notably Sri Lanka, two days are set aside for the celebration of Vesākha and all liquor shops and slaughter houses are closed by government decree during the two days. Also birds, insects and animals are released by the thousands in what is known as a ‘symbolic act to liberation’; of giving freedom to those who are in captivity, imprisoned, or tortured against their will. Some devout Buddhists will wear a simple white dress and spend the whole day in temples with renewed determination to observe the eight Precepts.
Young novice on Vesākha Day Parade
Devout Buddhists undertake to lead a noble life according to the teaching by making daily affirmations to observe the Five Precepts. However, on special days, notably new moon and full moon days, they observe the eight Precepts to train themselves to practice morality, simplicity and humility.
Some temples also display a small image of the baby Buddha in front of the altar in a small basin filled with water and decorated with flowers, allowing devotees to pour water over the statue; it is symbolic of the cleansing of a practitioners bad karma, and to reenact the events following the Buddha’s birth, when devas and spirits made heavenly offerings to him.
Devotees are expected to listen to talks given by monks. On this day monks will recite verses uttered by the Buddha twenty-five centuries ago, to invoke peace and happiness for the Government and the people. Buddhists are reminded to live in harmony with people of other faiths and to respect the beliefs of other people as the Buddha had taught.
Let me share with you a real life event about myself more than a decade ago, * * *
My first ever trade in commodities goes back to early 1998 whereby I asked for the most senior trader in the office on the Pork Belly. The fundamentals and technicals were all pointing up; news that more demand of pigs are needed, RSI is still pointing up, above 20days moving average, etc. Mr. Lim, the senior trader told me that he have near 30years of experience in the market and can see the market well. He was around 55 when I met him. Granted that I was excited and wanted to trade and of course make money from my only saving of S$5000. I looked at him as I placed the trade in. He looked confidental.
Market opened and the market did edged up alittle… Suddenly, within 20mins, the market came crashing down and I was not stopped out… the market was LIMIT DOWN instead!!! I lost half of my account in 20-30mins!!!
And when I looked at Mr. Lim, I got a rude shock of his reply…
” No worry.. market is like that… tomorrow come back again and we will win it back..” he smiled and walked into the crowd of traders behind us and started to joke about my maiden trade… I never forget that smile of his till todate.
Tomorrow, I will share with you on my 2nd trade on the Pork Belly….

WIth that episode, I know that One should always know what to do, how to react whenever one enter into the market. This something I advocate to my grads since I started my 1st V3Go Mentoring Program in Surabaya, Indonesia until todate, my 33rd class in Singapore since 2006.
Recently, one of our trade Live session, we made good money from the Euro Futures and SIMSCI and one grad called me to seek my opinion on the NZ Dollar and when I see the chart, I understood where she is coming from. Its was good selling opportunity.
Here is the trade that we made and if such trading method inspired you and you too, wants to make potential PASSIVE INCOME of S$200 per day from the FOREX market, then you should really Register for my 2hours preview on How to Trade the Futures and Forex Market to make S$200/day.
People are begining to register for this talk and I will be giving all participants a little special ‘gift’ especially if you are already involved in the market.
After watching the market for an hour, we think that the HK Future market may be the leading indicator for today. Yes, we know that Dow closed below 10,000 mark but honestly, this 10,000 s0-called pscyhology level is no longer that sensitive as compared to the past as many people were also fearing for the worst when the Dow closed at 9908, down more than 100pts on the 8th of Feb 2010, below the 10,000 mark. But what did we see after that?
We saw the Dow climbing 1300points to hit a 11,257 on the 26th of April and everyday is calling for a BUY???!!!
I am not saying that there is a chance of the market repeating its feat but I think, if the Dow can recover above 10,000 tonight, which my bet on it is a yes; then I think, 10,500 won’t be too hard to achieve, judging from the way the Asia stock market is moving.
This is my HK Future chart that I drew for my grads this morning. I am targetting it to hit 19300 today and if it stay above it, then I am looking at HK to hit 19,580 level next week.
