Good Morning,

During the V3Go Christmas SPECIAL Event, held 2 days ago, someone asked me about the direction of Euro. My recommendation is to get out of Euro now. 2 days ago, Euro re tested the 1.50 level and hit a high of 1.5144 but the next day, it give back all the gains and closed marginally above the 1.5020 mark. Today, it seem to be resisted below 1.5020 level. Now trading at 1.4970. Although the Dollar seem to be weak but it doesn’t really warrant the Euro to be trading at this level. My take is that Euro may return back to 1.45 level by March 2010.

ps: Dollaryen already recover to 86.11 figure from the moment I called for a LONG. Now with the forex moving up first, I expect the NIKKEI to follow suit next week. I always believe the forex market will move first. WELL DONE!!

While Thanksgiving is supposed to be a good time for giving but apparently there are some selling activities overnight that led the European bourses down more than 1.5% overnight.

But to me, this selling is justifiable as recent gains do deserve some profit taking and value adjustment. Without the selling, its very hard for buyers to return into the market.

When a market goes into selling/buying mode, before the peak/bottom, it will have to endure the exuberance irrational behaviour period and that’s where prices will keep rising/falling until it doesn’t make any logical sense.

I, personally think,

(1) Gold have risen to a point that one should start selling it. I mentioned before GOLD should hit around US$1180 and now its trading even higher than what I forecast. It hit US$1195 last night for the Gold Futures. I recommend taking the SELL now. I think Gold will slide down to around US$1070 by March 2010 and possibly below US$1000 by end of 2010.

(2) Dollaryen, anything below 85YEN vs the Dollar is a good time to convert YEN to Dollar to keep. I expect the Dollaryen to find support below 85 and then go UP to around 89 level by Feb 2010.

(3) NIKKEI, anything below 9050 is a good time to accumulate the NIKKEI. In all Asian market, this market is having the biggest headache because of the strong YEN problem. I figure that the Japanese Government is trying to let the YEN rise against the dollar so that they can reduce their trade deficit and increase their earning. This will kill the exporters but benefit the importers but it does make sense to do that. The American used the opposite direction to reduce trade deficit because they are primarily importers and they need to reduce that. 

I always believe that one should be greedy when others are fearful thus I recommend accumulating NIKKEI at this period and wait until it return to 10,010 by end of Feb 2010. Currently, its trading at 9195.

All the above are long term view on the above selected markets.

If STI to go above 2797 today, then I think today is a good day to go LONG. Today OP is 2795.

The USD hit a record cycle low against major currency like YEN, Euro and Pound as it hit 87.38, 1.5121 and 1.6717 respectively BUT it doesn’t mean that’s the end of the world/stock market as instead I think it present a great opportunity to go into the market.

Here is what I shared with my graduates:

[9:03:04 AM] YX: usd drop to newest low
[9:04:09 AM] 00 Kelvin Han: morning kelvin.. care to share why?If USD have fallen to record low and the stock market doesnt react to it especially Japan.. then what if it do recover on technical ground?

So today, I would advice traders to go LONG into the market today. I have been on the short side recently but since YESTERDAY I have been calling a buy and I think we might see STI touching 2800 and even going to 2819!

Stocks in mind: Ying Li, CapMall, Ramba, Ezra.

I also expect NIKKEI to recover to 9550 and HK may re test 23000 again.

Good Morning Everyone,

It’s been a long time since I’ve last posted due to my hectic work arrangements.

We had a great turn out for our Christmas Special Event yesterday evening. I made a promise to one of the participants to post my views on Ezra.

As I’ve explained to the participant, I wouldn’t know how US market is gonna end today although there is a good chance that it is going to end positive tonight. Hence strictly on Ezra’s daily chart:

Upside:

1. Upside TSC (UB 2.2, LB 2.1)
2. Upside croc maiden crossing W%
3. Closed above Diff S/L and Diff R/L
4. Change in ROC
5. Closed above 2 V3Go BC
6. Closed above TAOS R/L 2.06 and 2.09
7. Closed at DH and above PDH

Downside:

1. W% at extreme

Analysis:

1. Very strong buying pressure on Ezra
2. However, there is a good chance of profit taking on Ezra should it gap up tomorrow
3. Hence, I wouldn’t be too bullish on this counter especially since the exceptionally high volume suggest a high probability that a lot of retail crowd has entered to buy today and are waiting to lock position tmr.
   • If Ezra gapped down, good chance it will rally to test TAOS R/L at 2.12 first to attract buyers to enter the position before selling will come in.
   • If Ezra gapped up, very good chance it may profit taking to test PDH (Previous Day High)

Trading Plan:

• Watch Ezra if it managed to stay above 2.10 (LB) and above OP
• Should Ezra failed to stay above 2.1, it may sell down to test the support at 2.06

This is what I shared with my V3Go Graduates in the morning:

If dollaryen can recover 88.35 today, I will go long on this currency. Being V3Go trained with TAOS knowledge, you should know how to trade. But this currency should be on the downside for the moment as I expect Fed to remain no increment on the federal interest rate at the moment.

China market, to me, is still on an uptrend since Sep 2009 thus I am looking at 3172 the TAOS S/L for this first support. I am still bullish in this market despite the 4% correctional move yesterday. My personal projection is to see China market to hit 3450 by CNY 2010. But at the moment, I suggest players to sit out until we are nearer to 3170-80 level. Now trading at 3206. Shanghai market opened at 3214, DL is 3188, now back to 3241.
