today, would be interesting as most likely we will have initial volatility in the market causing some confusion to the traders first.

Here is what I shared with my graduates in the morning… primarily for the Futures Traders

[7:14:35 AM] 00 KH-Trend Master: NIKKEI – the closing is below the UT TSC for today therefore, if the market goes below OP, there could be some selling BUT both the 2 indicators are supporting the upside therefore; If the market stays above OP, then one could long based on DIFF but once it goes below OP, one can cut and turn short.The Dollaryen is trading below OP, slipping towards 86.50 level therefore most likely NIKKEI may open and trade lower first.

[7:17:15 AM] 00 KH-Trend Master: For SIMSCI today, as long as it stays above 354.7 and above OP today, traders can still go long on it. But Indicator closed at the extreme zone, therefore, do expect initial profit taking first since the Dow and ES both closed lower overnight.

[7:17:53 AM] 00 KH-Trend Master: STI should be re-testing 3002 TAOS R/L level today

[7:20:57 AM] 00 KH-Trend Master: HK Future, one must look at around 20979 level as thats the LB of the UT TSC. The market closed at 21068 yesterday and Indicator is maiden crossover towards the downside thus may add some pressure on this market today.

[7:22:37 AM | 00 KH-Trend Master: Taiwan TSC is a Parallel therefore above the UB and above OP, its a long. Below the LB and below  OP, one can short. In between, based on TSC, do nothing.

[7:24:11 AM] 00 KH-Trend Master: S&P must go above 1109 for more upside, if not, below OP, its a sell based on TSC. S&P also closed below the DIFF S/L and the Indicator is a maiden downside crossover

[7:27:38 AM] 00 KH-Trend Master: Shanghai, 2642 will be an interesting level to take note for this market. The Indicators came out mixed. DIff is calling for more upside but the other is calling for a maiden downside. It was resisted at 2655 TAOS R/L yesterday so unless it can go up above this level, it can touch the 2673 level.. if not, this market may go into profit taking mode.

For SoundGlobal, I am looking at this stock to hit 85cents today while HK Genting (US$) may hit 0.26 by next week.

After a good ride on the Euro, today, we are looking to establish a SMALL Position on the NZD trade. We are Shorting it but please
do not expect the same ride like the Euro as this currency is currently still in bullish tone but just that we felt this currency is deem to be coming off alittle soon. Hope everyone would make some pocket money from this trade.

Dow rammed up another 100pts and SIN Dollar breaks 1.36 ground, a level not since July 2008!

Naturally, the first thought is go into the market to do more buying and hoping to sell higher later but 13years of trading experience tells me that HOPING for something doesn’t really pay or helps in the financial market. Its all about ODDS that separate the WINNER and the LOSER and I’m determined to be the former, as many times as possible.

If anyone look at the STI chart today, it is doing a 3-4mths high but if you put it side by side with the Bank counters, you will see that the PATTERN doesn’t really inter-relate. And when I checked the selling wave in City Dev over the last 2days and also failing to set a new high above S$12.08 ( the high created on 1st of May) tells me that I have to becareful.

Hang Seng opened above 21,000 level (as forecasted) but quickly sold down to below the level, closing at 20837 for the Futures. Today despite the Dow hitting above 10,500, the HK market cannot even go past the resistance at 20970. (at least of my writing now at 1030hr) clearly shows that one need to be very careful on the long side.

I have gave and shared some gentle reminders and some thoughts with my fellow graduates on SKYPE that I am booking out from the market now and its good to join along. I think this current upside trend is near its last lag for the time being, it is time to take from the table and sit and wait or do some small shorting.

Many people on the forum are trying to go into the market today, from the way, they are writing (of course, they might be just TCSS only) because they felt that the price keep creeping higher but they are not involved thus it seem rather ’stupid’ not to be involve….but if thats the true then its where I always share with people of my 4 trading philosopy of mine.

” If everyone is expecting the market to go higher, thus everyone buy and did a transaction .. but yet the price is not moving… clearly spell trouble because the other key part to make a transaction complete is someone must sell. If the buyer have expectation but yet the market doesn’t give that then.. by the end of the day, the chain reaction will be disappointment next to come”

I hate being disappointed although I love to sell at absolute high but once again, 13years of experiences tells me that it is not possible and more importantly, follow my rules to trade. As long as make money, one should be contented and await for the next round. Once Euro hits 1.3028, I am billing out from this currency too and will rest and re-look again.

Over the weekend, I shared with some of my foreign friends about Genting when they asked me about it and its prospect. I shared with them that, in my honest opinion, this stock should be testing S$1.26 by this week. I am very bullish on this stock in the long run and I target it to hit S$1.50 by next year, March 2011 as I have confident about its growth and the recovery of the World’s economical health.

Last Night, the Dow rallied higher thus this could really see the Dow touching the 10,500 in the near future but meanwhile its Saturday, it is time for our regular Weekend Video treats.
